From placebo to panacea with the (un)Healthy Vaccinee Effect

When the Healthy Vaccinee effect is explained, it is often along the lines of “people with a healthy lifestyle are more willing to vaccinate”. Or the reason that vaccinated people would show better medical figures than unvaccinated people is sought in social classes or IQ levels. After all, they understand better how important vaccines are for their health.

That may well be the case, but there are plenty of studies that show that mortality and poverty are correlated anyway, even without vaccinations, so you can also wrongly attribute that to vaccinations, if they are involved. There is also a correlation between IQ and income: outside The Hague, low IQs are generally moderately to poorly rewarded, with a smaller grant it is more difficult - at least in the US - to go to the doctor, worldwide there is not even proper care for poverty and then we are already there. Prosperity and life expectancy are in step with each other. Where there is more prosperity, vaccination is more common.

Where things really go wrong in studies is with Unhealthy Vaccinee Exclusion. People who do not have very long left will no longer receive vaccination. They don't want it anymore and when the healthcare staff involved think that a patient will soon succumb to it, even they sometimes seem to give up. Just to get another one extra.

Remember: Death used to rarely happen out of the blue. You saw 90% of deaths coming at some point. Until when do you give such patients an injection knowing that they can at least suffer from it, bruises or perhaps become seriously ill (because then you see that it works)? Is that still worth it if it takes another two months before such a double injection becomes really effective...? A horizon of two months seems the least... Anyway: calculate for yourself what effect that has on the VE.
