On the editorial board of de Volkskrant is complained that they are actually quite miserable from an A-List disease. Even editor-in-chief Pieter Klok has to admit that he was very disappointed, "with a nasty tickling cough and bouts of headaches and fatigue." Poor Pieter anyway! And still vaccinated and boosted too, quite heavy such a List-A virus.
Maarten Keulemans discovers that a flu virus can really make you sick. He learns that after a call with an expert. So if you think omikron is innocent, you've been misled, is his conclusion. Here he presents a particular conception of the concept of "innocent". Does he really think that children can't get pretty sick from "innocent teething troubles"?
Where is that man with his head... Does he read himself writing? (you understand the analogy). He summarizes the omikron symptoms as he has understood them from various studies as "quite annoying" and: "Especially a bothersome cold plús".
It is also clear to him: Covid-19, that debilitating, socially disruptive, care-flooding deadly disease, for which the country had to be flattened and many elderly people had to blow out their last breath, whether infected or not, in solitude, that disease is no more. Completely in line with what virus variant has been trying to propagate for some time.
"Good, but what kind of disease does that 'mild' omikron variant give?" asks Keulemans. The answer to that question is obvious and we have given it before: we now have the disease Omikron-21. And that disease has a very different profile.
Keulemans himself: "Omikron gives less often shortness of breath and less often the loss of smell and taste that was so characteristic of previous infections [he refers to the Covid-19 symptoms that a small part of pre-omikron infected developed, ed.]. And after an average of three or four days, the worst complaints are over – although there are also people for whom it takes much longer, or shorter." (which "though there are" indicates a contradiction while being a characteristic of averages. Pay attention Maarten.)
He should have spoken of "Omikron-21" instead of "Omikron", to distinguish the disease from the virus. In any case, it is clear: Covid-19 no longer exists. The legal substantiation of measures and certificates is therefore off the table. If it has even dawned on Maarten that we have been freed from Covid-19, then it cannot be long before the political and legal world also realizes this.
Maarten Keulemans makes it clear: Covid-19 no longer exists. The laws from 2021 no longer apply.
Activating measures under EU legislation relating to COVID-19 is no longer legally valid. This legislation has been specifically formulated for the covid-19 pandemic. Not for Ebola, smallpox or flu but only for Covid-19. This is explicitly mentioned in each article. And if the disease is no longer there, you can't have a pandemic of it either.
European regulation, strictly for Covid-19
In the Dutch legislation it's no different:
So there is no A-List disease anymore. If an epidemic is already being maintained because of test results on SARS-CoV-2, it is an epidemic of "colds-plús": omikron-21.
No epidemic, no direct threat, no disaster, no flooding, no Code Red. No Covid-19. Can we stop now please? Will we just talk democratically about the possibilities and impossibilities of a digital EU passport?
the pcr test developed to prove sarscov2, or covid19?, does not give a positive result on omicron.
and decisive for the fact that you had covid19 was the test.
so covid 19 does not exist anymore.
legally a nice position to defend.
> de pcr test ontwikkeld ten bewijze van sarscov2, of toch covid19?, geeft geen positive uitslag op omicron.
Big nonsense. PCR tests simply hit omicron.
In the past, a few coronaviruses eventually became cold viruses, which still prevail today. Are they also picked up by the PCRtest?
