The key to a healthy democracy lies in the media. Our country is not doing well because we have substandard mainstream media. The reporting is one-sided, not sufficiently critical and, apart from a few excuse-mongers on the opinion pages, unanimously in favor of the government. Criticism is undesirable, not done, morally inferior and is therefore fought with fire and sword, ridiculed by NPO officials (This was the news, Lubach, Pannekoek) and liquidated where possible. No wonder alternative channels fill the gaps here.
Hope
It is encouraging that judges abroad are keeping their backs straight. Do the judges in the Netherlands sometimes also crawl out from under the pressure of the ministries? Are they perhaps awakening themselves, does it indicate something about a tilt in society? Worldwide?
- No trial, but disciplinary law: Rob Elens has been acquitted of prescribing HCQ and ivermectin. Reprimanded for overly firm statements, but when you are treated so Kafkaesque, it is not surprising that you occasionally shoot out of the corner in your defense.
- In the US, the NY Supreme Court earlier this week verdict made about the civil servants who had lost their jobs because they thanked for the mandatory vaccinations. They must be reinstated and paid retroactively over the entire period.

An average judge refuses to sit on a medical chair and will be sensitive to the unjustified excuse that the correct knowledge was not yet available - because the OMT. Fortunately, courage is not given up; That will happen someday, right? These are all matters that directly affect the regime that has been imposed on several countries in Europe and which has had a gigantic, disastrous impact. You would say that this would at least be reported in a balanced way in a cool country. But have we seen much – or anything – about these things in our legacy media? Citizens do not read WOB documents, they wait until that information appears in NRC or at Op1. But that doesn't happen. Have citizens been informed about the current state of affairs and that there are indications that it was not as legitimate and meaningful as our government made it out to be? I bet not. Not so, but like that
Rob Elens was acquitted today 18 November). An indictment had been filed against him by the Health and Youth Care Inspectorate (IGJ). This was headlined in the AD at the time as:

Alle overige, voor Elens positieve uitspraken worden in de kortst mogelijk beschrijving weergegeven, bijvoorbeeld "kon ook niet worden bewezen". Dat laat de mogelijkheid een beetje open dat hij het eigenlijk wel kan hebben gedaan maar dat bewijs ontbrak.

What's at stake
On July 14, 2022, a lawyer filed a 300-page criminal complaint with the competent cantonal public prosecutor's office on behalf of six people allegedly injured by mRNA vaccinations. It targets three representatives of the Swiss Regulatory Authority for Medicines and Medical Devices (Swissmedic) and five vaccinating doctors from the Inselspital in Bern. A criminal investigation is being initiated against them. The lawyer has now gone public with a media conference.
Who are the plaintiffs
The lawyer of those involved, Philipp Kruse, is an outspoken opponent of vaccinations and Covid measures. He represented people who refused to wear masks or parents who did not want their children to participate in trials. The media conference also featured medical professionals who attracted attention as Corona skeptics.

What does the indictment entail?
Defendants are accused of violating the fundamental duties of care of the Medical Devices Act by allowing and administering the Covid 19 vaccination. There are a number of other charges, including those of intentional or potentially negligent bodily injury, danger to life, manslaughter and abortion.
These are the following articles of the Medicines Act
Art. 3 Duty of care - 1) Anyone who handles therapeutic products must take all measures required by the state of science and technology to ensure that the health of humans and animals is not endangered.
Chapter 8: Penal provisions Art. 86233 Crimes and violations - 1) Anyone who intentionally: a. manufactures, markets, uses, prescribes, imports, exports or trades abroad without the required license or permission, in violation of the obligations and conditions attached to a license or permission or in violation of the duties of care referred to in Articles 3, 7, 21, 22, 26, 29 and 42; (...).

The alleged harm
According to lawyer Kruse, the damage from hair loss, derailment of the menstrual cycle, polyarthritis, muscle weakness and chronic fatigue ranges, up to the death of a 20-year-old person. Some of the six victims mentioned are still unable to work. The link with the Covid 19 vaccination has been confirmed in five cases. In the case of the deceased, the causal link had to be demonstrated on the basis of pathological examination. However, these investigations have not yet been completed.
Theis: "Misschien had er meer informatie verstrekt kunnen worden."
SRF science editor Daniel Theis is ervan overtuigd dat men de bijwerkingen van de Covid-vaccinatie niet kan en wil negeren. Er zijn namelijk veel meldingen - niet alleen in Zwitserland - van reacties en bijwerkingen van de vaccinatie. Veel daarvan zijn tijdelijk, zoals koorts en hoofdpijn, zei hij. "Deze behoren tot de meest voorkomende, onaangename, maar meestal ongevaarlijke."
Had er iets beter gekund? In Zwitserland waren de mensen volgens Theis sterk gemotiveerd om te vaccineren - bijna gedwongen, afhankelijk van hun standpunt; de sociale druk was hoog. "Dat brengt ook een zekere verantwoordelijkheid met zich mee - en je kunt je afvragen of de autoriteiten de mensen niet beter en beter hadden moeten begeleiden wat betreft de bijwerkingen - ook omdat we het hebben over een nieuwe vaccintechnologie."

What one of the victims says
De strafklacht bevat geen namen om redenen van persoonlijke bescherming. SRF kon echter praten met een van de slachtoffers. Thi Mai-Trang Jost ziet zichzelf als slachtoffer van de vaccinatie; de 45-jarige zit nu in een rolstoel. Ze klaagt dat ze zware gevolgen van de vaccinatie moet dragen: "Vroeger leefde ik, kon ik lopen, schilderen. Vandaag heb ik hulp nodig." Ze kan niet meer goed lopen of staan, heeft gezwollen gewrichten en haar hele lichaam doet pijn.
De casemanager werkt nu vanuit haar kantoor aan huis en krijgt ondersteuning van Spitex. Ze krijgtt veel begrip van haar werkgever en steun van haar familie: "Maar ik wil mijn oude leven terug." Gevraagd naar de strafrechtelijke klacht, zegt Jost dat haar doel is dat Swissmedic zijn verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Ze beschuldigt de overheid ervan mensen bewust in deze situatie te brengen. Swissmedic heeft ook onvoldoende informatie verstrekt.
What Swissmedic says
Nothing. It does not wish to comment on any ongoing proceedings. The Federal Office for Public Health and the Federal Vaccination Commission also do not wish to comment.
Swissmedic collects side effects
Swissmedic has been collecting suspicions about side effects of the Covid vaccine since 20 December 2020. The latest report will be published at the end of November.
In the period from January 1, 2021 to August 21, 2022, 45 percent of serious and previously unknown side effects were reported by physicians and 55 percent by patients, of which 38 percent (6006) were classified as serious. In 224 of the severe cases, a death was reported in different time intervals after vaccination. The deceased were on average 78.9 years old.
In the thorough analysis of these cases, on the basis of the available data, there were in any case other, more likely causes that could explain the event, despite a relationship over time. Swissmedic's conclusion: the reports of adverse reactions received and analysed so far do not change the positive benefit/risk profile of the Covid-19 vaccines used in Switzerland.
How to proceed
According to the prosecutors, the cantonal prosecutor's office has already opened proceedings against the as yet unknown vaccinating doctors.

What I miss in the MSM (still!) is a more honest story about the whole COVID thing, from the sense and nonsense of the virus that escaped from the Wuhan lab, to the manipulations now in Boston and London (leading to a hybrid Wuhan/Omikron variant), to the nonsense of face masks, curfew, lockdown and other measures. Everything is already known at the time of the announcement of these measures (but yes, who is at the wheel at VWS / RIVM etc? War are those for people, to speak to SK?).
