Fauci wants to include six-month-old babies in vaccination campaigns. Why does that remind me of drug dealers handing out their stuff on the schoolyard? This can't seriously be true... I thought three weeks ago. I didn't hear much about it after that and just dismissed it as crazy news. This seemed like a deep-fake video to me:
I didn't take the video seriously. Due to the recent developments surrounding the vaccines, I went back to watch the video. It is immediately noticeable that the websites that raise the alarm with this video are almost all 'suspicious' wappie and anti-vaxx sites, where a lot of incorrect information can also be found. After all, fear mongering and data manipulation work on both sides of the spectrum.
Fact checking is therefore difficult. It is not (hardly?) publicized in the 'Old Media', the RIVM is not always a reliable source, if they say anything about it at all, and I don't find much on WHO.int.
Experiments on babies will not be warmly welcomed in the Netherlands. That will probably be South America or Africa.
Dutch media apparently did not take a chance on this news. The involvement of children under the age of 12, including babies, is generally not included in reporting. That would just make the viewer/reader angry - and anger is not the goal of their information strategy.
It is not easy for the right-thinking Dutch person to be convinced that all babies should start with a -probably annual- vaccination cycle against corona. The research on babies will also not be warmly welcomed. That could be a reason for our media to keep it under wraps for a while. Perhaps it will first require a targeted fear campaign to prepare the population for this. When will the first Covid baby deaths occur? It seems only a matter of time.
Can the intention to inject babies still be attributed to fear, risk aversion, incompetence or tunnel vision?
It will annoy some people that I pay attention to this. After all, it is not conducive to vaccine willingness, which is in the general interest... No one has yet been able to properly explain to me how this works exactly with a mutating and annually flaring virus that is dangerous for a well-defined group that is vaccinated. In any case, the plan is not a wappie fabrication or deep fake video. It is summarized more often without explicit mention of vaccinating babies than the video, including the statements by Fauci himself that leave no room for clarity, is shown.

Measuring with double standards
And then also: what do you actually inject those babies with? I remember bloody screams about genetically modified soy, even though it could prevent famines in the third world. One of the concerns was the lack of awareness of the long-term biological effects of genetically modified crops and of course the consumption of GMO foods.
Another argument against the genetic engineering toolbox was the sliding scale: in no time, these types of techniques threatened to be applied to humans - and that was a frightening prospect at the time.
Now the time has come. It was actually time for a long time, only now one can invoke urgency and rush everything through. Now is the time for governments to remove anti-GMO provisions from legislation and regulations so that a modified RNA can be injected into the entire world population - including the Dutch.
I was not against GMO at all. Now that I see the uncontrollable forces at play and how organizations and governments are influenced by them, I come back - supervision and control are simply inadequate for these global operations, run by a handful of companies and their lobbyists.
Are you vaccinating your baby for someone else...?
Are babies a source of infection? Do they pass on the virus and if so, how did they become infected? Do they still go to work if they don't feel well? How many babies have died from Covid?
Experiment on babies to see if the vaccine is effective? Then against what!?
Determine what the safe dosage is perhaps? I can think of other experiments. Just don't do it!
Of all Covid deaths, 1% are under the age of 65. Why does that group have to be vaccinated at all if the over-65s are all protected? The average age of the covid death is a few months below life expectancy. The vast majority have comorbidities. It is therefore even conceivable that it will soon turn out that the survivors have become older than life expectancy. Then you're back to the average. Under the age of 50, the mortality risk is already very small, and it only gets smaller (if possible) with age.
