Are they ashamed of everything or are those people ashamed of nothing?

I would love to see statesmen who are just proud of what they can achieve.

There is quite a bit of squeaking and complaining in the decent media that the political debate is hardening so much. Isn't that what you are asking for with this increasing shameless contempt towards the citizen?

If you persistently lie, scheme, hide, misplace 5 billion, sow death and destruction with power-hungry mismanagement, systematically erode democracy, ignore court rulings, circumvent human rights, twist motions and disregard them... Apart from how violent and belittling protest from society is dealt with and you keep going with that with a smile on your face or surprise that people doubt your integrity – what do you want to be said about that, in a decent way? Can an appropriate response actually still be 'neat'? Shouldn't you just be in prison?

Anyone who does not see that we are well past the stage of 'doing properly' has an ear sewn on. Speaking for myself: the fact that, in view of the misdeeds committed, it remains a matter of debating rather than of hardening. At the same time, violence is not a solution despite the deep-rooted hatred against certain people. But on the other hand, the system rot is so advanced that only demolition helps. That easily translates into actions against people. If I were to say out loud what I wish for some gentlemen, politicians and doctors, I would be arrested. If anyone would listen at all.

Planting a bomb or taking up weapons is not going to help. Our current leaders are like the puppets in a shooting gallery: they flip for a moment and reappear a little later.

In the past, you deserved a good beating if you made mistakes over and over again. Modern times are one of fleming, sliming and licking up and kicking down, otherwise you just don't belong. Power wants to be caressed and begged, not controlled. If you're not a begging and caressing type, you just don't squeeze in if you don't have the right last name, which can also help. An impressive surname with a lot of history, that also caresses. Types with such surnames owe it to their class to demonstrate their authority and to abuse their newly acquired power ruthlessly. I know one of them, an originally hyper-intelligent, witty, quite left-critical thinker and writer. "Good Friend", we started our letters to each other (yes, they went by post). I still have a pile somewhere. Unimaginable, what a shock when you see someone like that sink into the lies, the filth, the lust for power, the source of evil.

As long as the media continue to, politicians will get away with it. All that positive attention naturally costs journalists a lot of time and, to do it right, also the necessary craftsmanship. That will have to be paid anyway. Maybe someone should free up a pot of a few billion for that.

This does not have to be justified, by the way; People might take that the wrong way.
