In week 47, according to Statistics Netherlands, 1,093 more people died than expected, which is 89 more than last week. During a period of excess mortality, it is usually clear what causes that mortality. This is often due to a heat wave or a flu wave. The cause of this unusual excess mortality, which only became visible from week 15 and also affected the summer months, remains mysterious.

Among these 1,093 deaths, according to RIVM, 351 were Covid patients, which means that of the remaining 742 it is unknown what they died of. That is more than twice as many as the Covid deaths.
Last week (week 46) there were no fewer than 772 unexplained deaths, so we can speak of a decrease of 3.89% for week 47 with 742 deaths. This finally breaks the only upward trend of the last six weeks. This also reduces the chance of continued exponential growth. After all, there seemed to be a doubling every six weeks.
More than 6,018 deaths unexplained

Structural for six months now mortality above the Base in Denmark, has been above the fluctuation zone for weeks now. Maybe it makes a difference that they Aspire there. That's what it looked like in the Netherlands at first.
"The excess mortality is largely attributed to the vaccine side effects," it sounds. (They always use that cheap figure of speech in the newspaper when they lie, especially in Flemish newspapers and in fact checks).
In the meantime, thanks to in-depth Twitter research, arguments have been collected showing that mortality absolutely cannot be vaccine-related:
- Then it should have started immediately after the first week of vaccination
- The growth of the curve does not even follow the vaccination rate
- What excess mortality? Stupid wap.
- You confuse the reporting date with the infection date, just postpone everything for two weeks
- It's not because of the vaccines; they just put those injections wrong
- There is no excess mortality in Denmark and they also vaccinate there
and so on.
After Baudet, Omtzigt sounds the alarm: motion for investigation
Virusvaria has circulated through insiders in The Hague (the first VV article about this disaster dates from August) and that has first Thierry Baudet . He asked questions to Hugo De Jonge who was on a evasive and ducking manner were answered. In the meantime, the subject has also received international attention and, more importantly for us: from Pieter Omtzigt.
Pieter Omtzigt has put it on the agenda with a motion requiring the government to have an investigation carried out into the excess mortality that De Jonge denied in his answers to Baudet. That motion was adopted. It is of the utmost importance that this research is carried out objectively by a party that has no interest in whether or not the vaccination campaign turns out to be successful. That will be a difficult one. Is Hugo de Jonge perhaps going to plausimize the research results? Or the RIVM?
We have already read in the media that there is a tendency to attribute these (for the time being) more than 6,000 deaths to Covid. For the media, this is grist to the mill: after all, they do nothing but emphasize how dangerous corona is, that is their task. What they do not realize is that, if these were to turn out to be corona deaths, it means:
- The registration of the RIVM makes no sense. Figures that the media have been trumpeting indiscriminately for a year and a half. The number of corona deaths would then be a factor of 4.5 higher than RIVM measured from week 22. That raises questions about what about the corona deaths from before week 22? What might be wrong in the classification of covid or not, for example? What is the difference between dying from/with Covid?
- 6,000 corona deaths (and growing) in six months also means that the vaccinations have had no effect whatsoever on corona mortality. That too will be an impossible story. The expertise of RIVM, OMT and messenger de Jonge is then flushed down the drain in one fell swoop.
This research can hardly have a good outcome.
While it is actually not that difficult. Start with transparency about the causes of death and vaccination statuses of age-stratified deceased people and people who have been admitted to hospital. These are data that are still being hidden to this day: since 1 June, CBS has stopped monthly (pre)reports of causes of death and other data would be in violation of privacy legislation, even if they were published anonymously at the regional level. There is also something contradictory in this: are there really so few corona patients that those data can be traced back to individuals...? If that data is available, it is not rocket science. Another point: provide random autopsies. That should also be part of the investigation: to what extent are the stated causes of death correct?
*Unexplained deaths, what are they
Based on statistics, probability calculations, trend analyses, population structure, regression analyses and undoubtedly a dose of expert opinions, CBS expects a number of deaths per day. This number varies throughout the year: in the summer it is lower, in the winter higher and is sometimes adjusted weeks before the passing date (perhaps also afterwards).
If the actual number of deaths exceeds the expectation, we speak of excess mortality. A period of excess mortality is usually followed by a somewhat longer period of some undermortality. This partly compensates for the excess mortality in the weeks before. In 2021, there was hardly any undermortality. It is difficult to estimate how large that undermortality could have been. This 'reservoir' may also contain some of the unexplained deaths. Without undermortality, the orange curve would probably have been visible a little earlier.
The explanations given for excess mortality vary from "delayed care" to "domestic violence". The most plausible suggestions have been considered by the data analysts of the Eucalyptic Society (See analysis). Further research is needed to calculate to what extent these suggestions may be responsible for the remarkable excess mortality. "We estimate that at least 87.5% of the excess mortality is caused by side effects of the vaccines," it sounds. 😉
