In the MDH Corona Journal of November 18, Pim van Galen interviews Dr. Jose-Luiz Jimenez. The complete news lasts 27 minutes – I think that's such a shame about our multimedia age, reading is much more efficient. Do you want the complete transcript in PDF form or do you have half an hour: you will find it all on maurice.nl.
In the shortened version of 9 minutes below, the following points are discussed:
- Aerosols are the dominant transmission route of Covid-19 (if you don't already know, read the Substantiation – free registration required and don't forget the Next button at the bottom of the page).
- The virologists - think of Van Dissel, Voss and other experts - are no part of a snood conspiracy. They are simply incompetent because of their tunnel vision. Just as happens in conspiracy bubbles, they confirm each other's points of view.
- The government is following this inveterate expert bubble. So the cabinet is not doing this either because of a secret agenda. It turns out that the system with the RIVM (centrally controlled by our membership of the World Health Organization WHO) does not work and even has dangerous aspects. Apparently, it doesn't take more than a head of government and a doctor to sidetrack democracy.
- The aerosol theory only reaches the upper class. The WHO is thus creating a life-threatening knowledge gap.
None of this is to say that there are no interests at play and that certain developments are more convenient for some than others. The whole world - and certainly politics - is a force field of interests. So is healthcare. So you always have to pay attention.
Jimenez explains convincingly enough where the virologist dogmas come from. Other explanations are really not necessary as far as I am concerned. We can be happy that everyone is of good will.
About Maurice
The original video also pays attention to the important role that Maurice has played, also as an inspiration for Jimenez himself. He sees Maurice more as an investigative journalist than as a scientist, which also allows Maurice to be more firm in his statements. He apparently does not know that Maurice is indeed an academic and specializes in analyzing data and recognizing patterns.
Maurice has single-handedly fulfilled the role that Dutch critical and investigative journalism should have taken on. That is a huge disgrace for NRC, Volkskrant, AD, the various broadcasters – you name them. A heartfelt 'Foei!' is in order here. And distrust with regard to all their other reporting. Own fault.
