Tijdens het hondenwandelen verplicht ik mezelf regelmatig naar Radio1 te luisteren om een beetje bij te blijven, even horen waar ze zoal mee bezig zijn. Het wordt er niet beter op. Pieter Klok noemde gisteren kritiek op de media "gevaarlijk". Dat deed hij op Radio1 in het "mediaforum". Hij haalt daarbij Ernst Jansz aan, die in een interview in het Parool (een collega-MSM-krant, dus niet zomaar wat) zei: “De media, Volkskrant and NRC In particular, they took over the government's propaganda unquestioningly."
Wat daar gevaarlijk aan is? Nou, dat er zo over journalisten wordt gepraat! Je gelooft het toch niet... Wat denken die lui wel?
Letterlijk zei hij: 'Ik vind het gevaarlijk als er zo over journalisten -en ook over wetenschappers- wordt gepraat.' Maar Ernst Jansz had het helemaal niet over wetenschappers. Daaruit blijkt maar weer hoe Pieter Klok journalisten vereenzelvigt met de staatswetenschappers die ze voortdurend copy-pasten en bellen om advies. Hij hoort zichzelf gewoon niet praten.
Shall we put Ernst Jansz in the dock as well? Maybe there is a libel business in it.
Waar of niet waar; sommige dingen mag je gewoon niet zeggen als het negatief op iemand of iets afstraalt, zo hebben we gezien bij de recente rechtszaak van Jan Bonte. Zeker niet als zo iemand een bepaalde politieke positie inneemt - en dat doen de media tenslotte ook. Tegenspraak en beschuldigingen aan het adres van journalisten zijn dan ontwrichtend, schadelijk en een gevaar voor de democratie. Wat een eigendunk...
Ernst Jansz in Het Parool
Waarom dat volgens Klok gevaarlijk is, is omdat de media zichzelf zien als "Controllers of power". Hij zegt het echt! Zij zijn de critici en hij maakt meer dan duidelijk dat ze daar verder niemand bij kunnen gebruiken. Ook al gedragen ze zich als een Staatsmegafoon, dan nog mag je daar niets van vinden want zij bepalen immers wanneer zij wel en niet fungeren zoals ze fungeren. Als je het met hun niet eens bent, ondermijn je onze democratie oftewel "het systeem" dat overeind moet blijven. Zo komt Trump ook aan al die rechtszaken: de rechtbank wordt instrumenteel voor de overheidscensuur.

Hij vraagt zich niet af hoe dat überhaupt mogelijk is, dan heb je toch ergens iets fout gedaan lijkt mij. Het leidt geen moment tot zelfreflectie want de schrijvende pers doet niets fout. (Dit overigens in tegenstelling tot de omroepen, waar hij elders in het interview wel degelijk aanmerkingen op heeft. Maar ja, hij mag dat, hij is per slot journalist.)
Als journalisten bang zijn, mogen ze hun taak als controleur verkwanselen, weten we uit een ouder interview. Klok is van mening dat dat zelfs moet, "als er angst onder de bevolking is". He is referring to the fear that frightened journalists have allowed themselves to be talked into uncritically and then massively fueled themselves with the indiscriminate propagation and strong incitement of madness prognoses, medical inaccuracies and other questionable news.
Maar zeg daar maar liever niets over, want voor je het weet ben je "gevaarlijk".

Ze vragen zich even later ook af waarom steeds minder mensen hun eenzijdige perspectief door de strot geduwd willen krijgen. Dat is dan voor de Volkskrant meteen de reden om te overwegen van Twitter af te gaan. Daar is niemand meer geïnteresseerd in "wat wij maken". Maar daar ligt het dus niet aan, aan dat "wat wij maken." Welnee, het publiek deugt niet. De media keren zich gewoon af van hun publiek. En dan maar klagen dat de oplages teruglopen... Ze zijn simpelweg de aansluiting kwijt.

Bekijk dit hele korte clipje hieronder nog even: Pieter sluit net het gedeelte af waarin hij heeft aangegeven dat hij geen nut meer ziet in het bereiken van (hij bedoelt: 'zenden naar', niet 'çommuniceren met') Twittergebruikers. Daarna maakt presentatrice Roos Abelman een bruggetje naar het censureren van social media ("het aan banden leggen van Tech-reuzen"), waarbij ze die censuur letterlijk omschrijft als: "ze een beetje in de pas laten lopen met wat wíj eigenlijk willen, de consument..."
"Ja" zegt Klok instemmend.

Maar, Roos: iedereen moet dus in de pas lopen met wat jullie willen...? En wat bedoel je met "de consument"? Dat klonk toch even wat minder narcistisch dan dat "wij". Maar je bedoelt toch niet "wij, de consument" als in dat Jullie de consument vertegenwoordigen!? Dat klopt natuurlijk niet met die dalende cijfers. De media keren zich juist af omdat de consument heel wat anders wil! Heb je Pieter Klok niet gehoord? Die heeft vanmorgen een interview gegeven waarin hij dat zei.

I actually think it's very good what the mainstream media is doing now. The propaganda is so transparent that even the biggest fool doesn't fall for it anymore. They also cause a lot of irritation with their rambling, I think that's perfect. So I hope they remain convinced of their absurd right and start saying even stupid things that will make everyone drop out.
Furthermore, I don't understand why "journalist" would be an exalted profession. They would fight for our freedom or fight injustice? 99% of journalists are just breadwinners and write what their owners want. As far as I know, real whistleblowers are not journalists, but real people with a conscience. Personally, I have nothing to do with the "journalist" and do not see what they themselves think they see in their profession. Most are amateurs and unscrupulous and may be able to write a little. I once had an interview with a journalist and in his final piece more than half of the facts were wrong and I was not even allowed to check before it was printed. My feeling that journalists are very unbelievable and even corrupt is currently being confirmed on a daily basis.

I quickly 'googled' what the internet has to offer, but then it is a good search because the search term 'independent journalists' mainly includes journalists who are good according to Pieter Klok. Brilliant that second fragment, I had never seen it before. But at that time I heard a lot about the infamous "Pieter Klok doctrine". Then I really woke up, although I had been critical of all kinds of government affairs much earlier, especially medical matters, such as healthcare, Big Pharma and the many medical blunders that have been made over the years and that the government preferred not to publicize.

For me, that Klok fragment is one of the most iconic moments in the Dutch corona crisis. Another, at least as distopical, comes from Yacinda Ardern who looks into the camera and says – she really says it, you don't think it is possible – "and we will continue to be your single source of truth." With every right-minded journalist, all the hairs on the back of the neck immediately stand on end and the blood starts to boil. Because that happened to me.
She clearly hadn't read 1984.
The best way to make it clear to the msm that they are a thing of the past is: don't listen to them, read them, watch them. The Americans have already shown that they are fed up with the lies. Let the 'journalists' cook nicely in their soapy water. And give up hoping that they will one day see through their own brainwashing. Remember: we don't need them...
