Vaxophile Netherlands is rebounding: yet another study that shows how beneficial the vaccines were. This time I will stick to discussing statements from the press release and the study itself. These did not give reason to delve further into the figures. That takes me a lot of time and others can do it better than I can. It doesn't matter, Keulemans just keeps shouting anyway and the legacy media is still the Single Source of Truth for the vaccinated. But ZonMW finances that propaganda content from our tax money. Can't they at least use a quality threshold?
The press release
Some phrases from The accompanying press release UMC:
"The results show that someone who was vaccinated was on average 44 percent less likely to die in the three weeks after vaccination than in the weeks after."
- This means that a vaccination that is only considered effective after two to three weeks is less effective after three weeks in terms of 'risk of death' than in the period in which it is ineffective. This may be called a striking finding, especially since a vaccination should not have any systemic effect immediately after the jab (apart from the bizarre numbers). The obvious explanation is the HVE (Healthy Vaccinee Effect). People who were expected to die within one or a few weeks were no longer vaccinated. Then as a jabbed person you are left with only those who have a lower mortality rate, especially where the first few weeks are concerned. This is not due to the vaccination but to the selection of whether or not to vaccinate. This statement is underlined again in the report itself, I will come back to that.

Side effects are associated with it, but that is due to the uncontrolled distribution of varying amounts of spikes throughout the body and possibly the DNA pollution, although this is a long-term issue. The fact that an investigation into these side effects is limited to the first three weeks is questionable to say the least. Also because we are still seeing substantial excess mortality while, apart from the autumn shot (about 22% of the population), there has not been a vaccination for a long time.

- We see among the authors various hardcore corona vaccination pushers, members of vaccination alliances, think tank disinformation – in short, sources that have propagated a lot of misinformation. That there are no competing interests is therefore not correct. Just think of the possible reputational damage for the vaccine promoters.

- Other studies that show no risk often measure HVE. People who are nearing the end of their lives are no longer vaccinated and die unvaccinated, also from causes other than Covid. The fact that the healthier vaccinated people die less is then attributed to the effect of the vaccination. In addition, there are also studies that do show negative effects (including mortality). The authors are apparently not aware of those studies. In the Netherlands, we also have the data pollution due to misregistration of deceased people shortly after vaccination (see The chaos of the numbers and more on the site of Herman Steigstra).

That sounds familiar to us and it confirms that we are dealing with the HVE here. The people who had at most a week to live have not been vaccinated. Of people who were in a less bad state, a little more will have been vaccinated. In short: the longer the horizon, the more often one was pricked. This explains why mortality among the vaccinated was lowest in the first week and why it rises again over time. The imminent deaths have simply been filtered out. Scss stands for self-controlled case series. In this observational research design, individuals are compared with themselves. This corrects so-called fixed confounding variables such as genes, gender, socio-economic status, (to a certain extent) age and other variables that someone always has (e.g. medication, chronic disease) in the model.
To put it more simply: with cohort studies you compare human 1 with human 2 (apples vs oranges). With Sccs you compare human 1 with human 1 (apples vs apples). The only thing that varies in scss is the time.

In other words: this finding (of less mortality just after vaccination) was also found for placebo.
