"Metabiota's Series-A lead investor was a Hunter Biden part-owned investment firm"

with which he has kicked the legs out of underneath even before the actual piece starts.
apparently he did not consider it opportune for someone to read the writing for publication critically .....

Look, that's what I mean, very good! Do you have a link?

I can't find anything about it, really only this rumble vid with 2 Likes...
Incidentally, it is only one of the many pillars, it is not all legs of the chair. But it makes sense to critically separate the wheat from the chaff in this piece. Such an extensive (too extensive?) piece is by definition behind, you can not keep updating because then it will never be finished. So good to keep track of!

it's a literal quote from brown's writing to the new zealand pm.

Yes, I know. But do you mean that it's not right or do you think he shouldn't mention something like that because it makes him implausible? He explains on pages 63-64 how he arrives at that statement.

it does not matter who owns that business.
if that were the case, then it should also be mentioned who the other owners were, quod non.
so the mention of that one owner was apparently done on the basis of political motives.

Now I understand you. If you read it that way, you have a point. On pages 63-64 he makes it clear how the political mixing has played a role. But the explanation is not in the summary so does indeed come across as clumsy.
