A ruling by the European Court of Justice (CJEU) offers people with vaccination regret or vaccine damage an opening. You no longer have to litigate against unapproachable institutions that pass the ball to each other. Thanks to this decision, you can now sue the person who gave the shot and/or the doctor who prescribed the prescription. The 400,000 Dutch people with prick regrets can take action about inadequate information, lack of informed consent, deception, injury, compensation, etc. Simply, at their doctor, jab or regional GGD. No one was allowed to prick without a doctor's prescription
In Frajese v. Commission (C-586/23 P, 30 January 2025) the Court states: 'It follows from the annexes to the decrees that a medical prescription is required for the administration of the vaccines in question.' Elk COVID-vaccin, ook Pfizer/Comirnaty, had een individueel doktersrecept nodig. Althans: volgens het Europese Hof - en we weten allemaal hoe belangrijk het is dat de EU-jurisdictie strikt wordt nageleefd! Dat belooft wat, want in Nederland reden prikbussen naar scholen en verrezen tenten in winkelcentra, zonder dat iemand ooit een recept hoefde te laten zien. Razzia's van deur tot deur, van arm tot arm werden aangekondigd. Dat was natuurlijk een schandalige absurditeit, een juridische tijdbom en met deze uitspraak begint de klok luider te tikken.
The Court further notes: "In principle, the granting of a marketing authorisation does not impose any obligation on patients or vaccinating doctors.” De EU dwong niemand en ontsloeg zichzelf daarmee van elke verantwoordelijkheid door het aan de overheden over te laten hoe ze de vergunning nationaal al dan niet gebruikten. Het was toegestaan, het hoefde niet, net zo min als dat ook die nationale overheden de vaccinatie niet expliciet verplichtten. Maar dat kwam niet uit respect voor jouw keuzevrijheid. Ook zij wilden die verantwoordelijkheid niet dragen voor een product dat kon leiden tot sterfgevallen, schadeclaims en juridische ellende, zoals in het contract ondubbelzinnig stond weergegeven als "bijwerkingen onbekend" (de exacte formulering can be found here). They preferred to shift that responsibility to a lower level: the executors – ultimately often silly, unsuspecting prickers who had no idea what they were bringing upon themselves. The pattern: passing the buck and imposing duties
How did that shot end up in an arm? Each layer shifts responsibility and imposes duties, often without the next one noticing. Because then they can always say: if only you had fulfilled your duty.
- Pharma: Delivers a slick brochure and their duty ends with delivery; Any liability is contractually passed on. Strict monitoring is mandatory. This means that governments, agencies and doctors should have sounded the alarm immediately when it turned out that they had made a wrong decision.
- FDA: Looks at the brochure, approves it through pharma revolving door officials and doctors, and issues a conditional authorization: again "conditions." But they do not check whether those conditions are met – that is for the next link.
- CDC: Advises, bans drugs that could violate the terms and urges the heart: "Provide informed consent." They don't give any details, just a guideline. But for the necessary information in case of thorough consent, they refer to the product flyer.
- EMA: Stempelt af en stelt: “Dit is geen over-the-counter pilletje, dit moet echt op doktersrecept, maar jullie regelen het zelf.” De EU regelt de toegang, maar laat de uitvoering aan de lidstaten. En daarmee ook de verantwoordelijkheid voor het daadwerkelijk injecteren. "We hadden nog zó gezegd: alleen op recept! Als je dat in wind slaat trekken wij onze handen ervan af."
- Nationale overheden: Organiseren prikstraten, media en een heuse Denktank Desinformatie om de 'informed consent' erin te rammen. Een wat andere opvatting: als je mensen zo bang maakt dat ze smeken om een medicijn dan hebben zij, met wat douceurtjes voor de media hier en daar, er alles aan gedaan. Het is dan aan CBG, IGJ en RIVM om prikkers 'informed consent' te laten regelen, zonder daar dan bewijs voor te eisen of middelen te geven, anders dan vaccinpromo's. Sterker nog: artsen die een handtekening voor consent lieten zetten, werden opgejaagd door de IGJ.
- De prikker moet prikken met 'informed consent'. Ja, dat spreekt vanzelf, anders waren al die mensen niet naar de prikstraat gekomen toch!? Dat is dus 'informed consent'.
Top-down and bottom-up
Er gloort wel hoop. Top-down kunnen Robert F. Kennedy Jr. en Jay Bhattacharya de eerste schakels aanpakken – transparantere data bij de CDC, onafhankelijk onderzoek via de NIH. Dat zal hier zeker effect hebben want alles wordt hier altijd blind afgestempeld conform de bevindingen uit de VS. Waarom al die instituten ertussen zitten mogen ze weleens uitleggen. Maar bottom-up begint het bij onszelf: klaag die prikkers en artsen nou maar aan. Belaag ze maar. "Doe het nou maar gewoon", om met Frans Timmermans te spreken.
Laat die geschrokken prikkers dan maar naar hun bazen wijzen, die dan ook weer niet-begrijpend omhoog kijken met duizenden dagvaardingen aan hun broek. Stuur er advocaten op af. Je moet moedige advocaten met een lampje zoeken maar die krijgen nu wel iets in handen: ze hoeven het niet meer tegen de Staat op te nemen ('kansloos', zo werd mij ooit verzekerd). Ik zou zo graag zien dat die 400.000 Nederlanders iets doen aan de keten van zakkenvullende experts die hen misleid hebben.
Tegelijkertijd zullen we ons erop moeten voorbereiden dat de rechtspraak de Staat beschermt en dat ook de zwaarst beschadigde spijtoptanten zeer waarschijnlijk met lege handen worden achtergelaten, waarschijnlijk weggezet als 'anti-vaxxers' en juridisch afgewezen wegens protocollaire fouten of niet-ontvankelijk verklaard vanwege een ander technisch detail. Dat gebeurde ook met de Italiaanse arts dr. Frajese, de zaak waar dit arrest uit voortkomt. Het is ten hemel schreiend en de schande wordt er nog groter van.

Zo'n vierhonderdduizend Nederlanders hebben dus 'prikspijt'. 400.000 vinden achteraf dat ze het niet hadden moeten doen. Hoeveel daarvan zijn niet goed geïnformeerd geweest? Dat moeten ze bijna allemaal zijn, anders laat je die spuit niet zetten. Maar hoeveel hebben de fut om in actie te komen of vinden dat de moeite waard?
Baat het niet dan schaadt het niet - behalve bij 400.000 Nederlanders.
"Tja, pech gehad, er is toch niets meer aan te doen" hoorde ik twee prikbeschadigde ex-collega's tegen elkaar zeggen, beide getroffen door een uiterst, uiterst zeldzame bijwerking. Misschien wel dezelfde, dat weet ik niet. En het is inderdaad begrijpelijk dat iemand geen energie wil verspillen aan een voldongen feit. Je wordt er immers niet meer beter van. Maar ik had de dames graag de historische woorden van Karóly Illy toe willen schreeuwen: "Als je het niet voor jezelf doet, doe het dan VOOR EEN ANDER!!!"

On the one hand, it is hopeful that there is at least the possibility of doing something against injustice done (which includes puncture damage, but in my opinion also all those anti-social measures that we all [vaccinated and unvaccinated] had to undergo in the years 20-22) through legal proceedings.
On the other hand, I wonder if legal proceedings lead to JUSTICE. Not so much because the judiciary is 'inclined' (a euphemism) to confirm the delusion of the day, which is/was implemented by the government, at all costs, but because I expect that the perpetrators (the perpetrators of all these horrible things: these are academics, doctors, nursing staff and other experts/soldiers) have no idea of what they have done, They don't want to know that either and will deny at the cost of literally everything to their grave that they (should) have known better.
Seen in this way, a lawsuit can only lead to frustration, even if the judge objectively assesses the case and finds in favor of the injured party (e.g. someone with prick remorse) compared to the perpetrator (e.g. someone who gave the shot).

-Convict those people without a judge. Even without a judge, a victim knows what has been done to him or her by an offender. No judge is needed for that. Talk about it openly and let those bastards get the shit. I would hope that this will happen more often and I honestly expect that this will happen more in the coming years.

At the time, actors and extras were also used to stick test sticks in people's noses and put needles in their arms. I know that as a fait accompli because they were proud of it and just told it or shared it on social media. Actors and extras without any medical background or experience. The only real solution is for people, victims, to put their own house in order. Take responsibility for their own action, and don't keep pointing the finger at possible perpetrators. When I reason what kind of people are actually in the 2nd and 1st chamber, I come to the conclusion that they are murderers or at least fully liable for murder. During Covid, thousands of years of life were lost, to name but a few, but the high cost of living and energy is also making people further desperate. People get sick from the stress, you see it all around you. And so I can only conclude that our government is full of unscrupulous murderers. Nice conversation this but I see it differently. All those things you mention as lost life time, you really choose that yourself, probably because there is something in return.

My work is fun, my video meetings are entertaining, small talk I understand but I keep short. I also have to try on clothes or shoes sometimes, I hate that, but those are not lost years of life. That is life. To the dentist, to the garage with your car... only costs money.

ik denk dat je het inderdaad verkeerd begrijpt; ten eerste “weiger” je geen prik, dat impliceert een actie. Als ik niet naar de snackbar ga om een frietje te eten, dan weiger ik geen frietje, ik heb misschien helemaal nooit overwogen om een frietje te eten (of om meer in jargon te blijven, ik heb nooit het idee gehad om een frikandel te eten). Ten tweede, er is ook helemaal niets heldhaftigs aan. Je hebt de afgelopen 10 jaar waarschijnlijk geen vaccin genomen, dat maakte je geen held. Ik vind het veel heldhaftiger om een onbekend vaccin met onbekende bijwerkingen te nemen. Daar is moed voor nodig. En dat blijkt wel want veel mensen zitten nu met de gebakken peren. Die gevolgen zijn veel ingrijpender dan een paar maanden niet uit eten of ruzie met je collega’s.
Stel dat je een onbekend persoon ontmoet waarmee je meteen onbeschermde seks hebt.
Dit is heel erg onverstandig. Als daarna blijkt dat die persoon (ook) anderen ernstig ziek heeft gemaakt, dan is dit ook achteraf niet heldhaftiger.
Het gaat erom dat men de keuze maakte gemiddeld een paar gezonde uren te besteden aan een (ineffective) activiteit en er gemiddeld een aantal uren beroerd van werd om te voorkomen dat je een paar uur gemiddeld ongezond minder lang leeft (ouderen en zwakkeren) en gezonde mensen wat minder ziek zouden worden. Dit alles volgens de vaccinproducenten en de door hen en de overheid ingezette ‘experts’. Kort daarna bleek dat de toentertijd berekende gezondheidswinst van de shots veel te optimistisch was ook volgens de msmexperts. Na enkele maanden was de beschermingsfactor een stuk lager dan verwacht, het voorkomen of verminderen van longcovid was niet aan te tonen (RIVM mei 2021) en ingeënte mensen besmetten minstens net zoveel anderen als ongeënten. Denk aan ‘Dansen met Jansen’.
De discussie over corona, de shots en andere maatregelen en het opnemen van het (bangmakerij nieuws erover heeft de Nederlander een paar maanden tijd gekost in vooral de eerste twee jaar. Die tel ik niet mee, al is dat wel meestal ook verloren tijd geweest. Ook telde ik de vele doden niet mee door uitgestelde zorg omdat ik alleen een het effect van wel of niet inenten behandelde.
Goed stuk Anton! Ik zou ook niets liever willen dat de “schuldigen” gestraft worden. Maar de praktijk is helaas anders, de soldaten sneuvelen, de politici die ze sturen blijven buiten schot. De uithalers en kleine dealertjes worden regelmatig gepakt, de drugsbaronnen regelen hun zaakjes vanuit Dubai (of in een enkel geval vanuit de EBI in Vucht). Rosenmöller mag 96G€ kwijtspelen, wat er over is van onze pensioengelden wordt straks ingevaren in de Europese oorlogskas. De lijst is lang.
En of het nu zin heeft om het medische voetvolk verantwoordelijk te stellen? Ze zijn al zo bang een foute diagnose te stellen of iets off label voor te schrijven. Straks volgen ze alleen nog maar protocollen als dat nu al niet het geval is.
Ondanks mijn al bijna vijf jaar durende boosheid heb ik mijn doelen bijgesteld. Ik zou al blij zijn als (een paar van) de verspreiders van desinformatie aan de wetenschappelijke schandpaal genageld zouden worden. Maar misschien heeft Anton gelijk en geeft dit de mogelijkheid om een gaatje te prikken in de tamelijk gesloten gelederen van de medici. (Jij niet, Willem!)
Tamelijk voorspelbaar hoe dit gaat aflopen.
Door de bal op een laag niveau neer te leggen gaat dit jaren duren en zullen er ongetwijfeld uitspraken van rechters komen die wijzen op de eigen verantwoordelijkheid van de burger. Vergeet niet dat het na-oorlogseverzet nu al druk bezig om het straatje schoon te vegen. U heeft dit allemaal over u zelf afgeroepen. U vond dat u iets moest doen voor een ander. Wie heeft u daartoe gedwongen? Rechtsbijstandsverzekeringen zullen procederen niet willen vergoeden. Er zullen ook allerlei elkaar tegensprekende uitspraken gedaan worden.
Je kan dit het beste vergelijken met de restitutie van geroofde joodse bezittingen naar WWII. Wil jij soms de wederopbouw van ons land dwarszitten? Pas na 50 jaar kwam er eindelijk een soort vorm van genoegdoening voor nabestaanden. Voor nabestaanden, niet voor de directe slachtoffers. Denk ook aan vuurwerkramp Enschede, brand in Moerdijk, giftige verf Defensie. Om moedeloos van te worden. Maar een gewaarschuwd man telt voor twee.

Je gebruikt kromme vergelijkingen. De rampen die jij noemt gebeurden buiten het blikveld van de gedupeerden. In het geval van de vaccinaties hebben mensen zelf om wat voor reden dan ook de beslissing genomen om zich te laten vaccineren. Er waren wel uitzonderingen zoals mensen in een verzorgingstehuis etc, of mensen die een dringende operatie moetsen ondergaan en min of meer zijn geswongen door de ziekenhuizen.
Goed stuk Anton. Ik was een paar dagen ziek (niets met virussen, maar een knullige bacteriële infectie). Was door de koorts totaal niet geïnteresseerd in het nieuws en alle gekte om ons heen. Geeft wel rust, en ik was plan plan om me niet meer op te winden. Maar dit is allemaal zo ongelooflijk onrechtvaardig, om maar niet gewoon het woord ‘slecht’ (evil klinkt beter) te gebruiken dat dit voornemen om dag 1 alweer het raam uitgaat. Ik moet dan toch weer even reageren.
Het doet me vooral pijn omdat binnen een week alweer 2 mensen die me redelijk nastaan met hartklachten in het ziekenhuis terecht zijn gekomen. Het is dan ongepast om over de prikken te beginnen, dat begrijp ik, dan lijkt het alsof je ten koste van die mensen je gelijk wilt halen, en uiteraard is er niets bewezen want het wordt niet eens overwogen als oorzaak. Het kan natuurlijk een andere oorzaak hebben, maar als bepaalde incidenten te vaak voorkomen zijn het geen incidenten meer, dan is er een patroon. Die 400.000 is het topje van de ijsberg vrees ik.
Wederom een prima stuk, Anton! Er is nog veel onverwerkt ‘leed’, ook bij de mensen die niet direct geraakt zijn door prikschade. De ongelooflijke hardheid, botheid en ‘doofheid’ van de machthebbers, inclusief het OMT, ten tijde van corona heeft aan mij en vele anderen een gevoel van een situatie van oorlog gegeven. Oorlog? Ja, oorlog, waarin ons alle vrijheden afgepakt werden, er drang en dwang ontstond om slecht geteste gentherapeutische producten te laten inspuiten, en vroegbehandelingsmethoden, die uitstekend werkten, geboycot en verboden werden. Ongehoord, zoiets, in een zogenaamd ‘vrij’ land als Nederland. Ongehoord? Was de mentaliteit tijdens de bezetting 40-45 ook niet zo? Dat gevoel, dat men geleefd wordt, niets mag zeggen, en het officiele narratief maar moet nakakelen… En nog steeds: het niet ‘mogen’ benoemen van de schadelijkheid van de maatregelen, de mondlapjes, de avondklok en met name de prikken, is ten hemel schreiend. NRC roept mensen op om de ‘lessen’ uit de coronatijd te melden op de opiniepagina van as. zaterdag. Hier een oproep aan alle lezers om dat dan ook te doen; ik ben bang dat mijn inzending, die zaken gewoon benoemt, (voor de zoveelste keer) geweigerd gaat worden.. Tijdens corona zijn, op 1 na, al mijn op wetenschappelijke feiten gebaseerde beleidskritische stukken geweigerd door Ronald Leeflang, hoofdredacteur opinies.
Ik herken het, zz. Zelfde ervaring met Leeflang. Ondertussen het ooit redelijk onfahankelijk, ondertussen volledig geassimileerd flutblaadje opgezegd. Dus kan niet meer bijdragen aanjouw terechte oproep. Ik hoop dat het je lukt, maar verwachting is laag
Ik heb dezelfde ervaring. Het is nog erger. Sinds ik wat kritische stukken over het corona- inentingsbeleid naar NRC heb gemaild werden artikelen over andere onderwerpen die ik daarna mailde ook nooit meer geplaatst.
Leeflang of collega’s reageren zelfs niet als je daar een open vraag over stelt.

Een opgelegd narratief – dat nooit meer
Wat hebben we nu eigenlijk geleerd van 3 jaar coronamaatregelen? Dat een eenzijdig verhaal over het virus zeer misleidend kan zijn? Dat maatregelen die niet op gedegen wetenschappelijke kennis berusten faliekant verkeerd kunnen uitpakken? Dat overhaast ingezette middelen, zoals verplichte afstand tot de medemens, op- en afsluitingen van mensen en verplichte maskering, volledig averechts werken? Dat het verbannen en uiteindelijk verbieden van zeer goed werkende vroegbehandelingsmethoden tot veel onnodige doden zullen leiden? En, uiteindelijk, dat het overhaast pushen van slecht geteste injecties, die berustten op een experimentele gentherapie, nul en generlei effect heeft gesorteerd? Wat evenwel eruit sprong tijdens coronatijd, was de vrijwel instantaan aanwezige censuur van andersdenkenden, waardoor elke hoop op snelle oplossing van de pandemie verdampte. Immers, door samen de beste oplossing te zoeken komt men het snelst uit een crisis, en het wegdrukken van kritische geluiden is, inderdaad, het beste middel om een crisis in stand te houden. Regering en OMT, bedankt!
Je hebt in ieder geval een afwijzing gekregen. Zelfs die krijg ik sinds 2020 niet meer bij het NRC.
